The Solitaire disputes team regularly appears at all levels of the civil courts in Singapore with a specific focus on complex and high-profile cases. Our lawyers are particularly experienced in shareholders’ disputes investment recovery claims and has consistently obtained favourable results for our clients in obtaining urgent injunctions and remedies under the Companies Act.
